Property insurance – It depends on what is the current condition of your property, anybody living there and against what do you want to insure it, starting from very basic insurance against fire, flood and earthquake – around 40 euro.

We provide expert consulting to help you decide which type of insurance best fits your property.

   

Utilities ownership changing – That is something we recommend you to do after purchasing the property. It is actually transferring the water and electricity lot on your company’s name. This has to be done in the municipality after submitting an application.

  

Service payments – Paying the monthly payments for water and electricity could be difficult if you are not around here often. To avoid any problems with the electricity company (like shut out of electricity for not paying even small amount) we offer to take care of your monthly payments. This would give you the comfort that whenever you are in Bulgaria you can stay on your property using the utilities and after you leaving there are people taking care of the bills.
