To open a company in Bulgaria requires an investment of BGN 5000 Bulgarian Leva, approximately 2100 Pounds, as capital for your new company. You must deposit this investment into your company bank account.

Please Note: You need to be present in Bulgaria in order to sign all the documents necessary for the registration of your company.  The rest of the process can be done remotely with a Power of Attorney signed by you. 

As soon as your company is registered all of your investment is free to be withdrawn. You can even plan on paying for the remainder of the cost of the property using this money. Each year it will be necessary to file company accounts, which Bulgaria Property Ltd can also organize for you.
